How are units priced?

Per-unit estimates use our home size catalogue. Choose the tier for each unit’s size; buildings and mixed portfolios receive a confirmed quote.

Can you capture occupied units?

Only with appropriate permission and agreed access. Remove personal information and arrange consent with occupants before capture.

Can I use one tour for identical units?

Label any representative unit clearly. Differences in layout, finishes or condition should be disclosed; a tour should not imply it shows a unit it does not.

How are portfolio rates applied?

No. The highest applicable portfolio adjustment applies: 10% for 5+ units or 15% for 15+ units. Travel and additional scope are confirmed separately.
