Question 1

How much does a 3D tour cost in Calgary?

Accepted Answer

On-site home tours start at $549 CAD; virtual home tours start at $399 CAD. Size, service, add-ons and travel determine the final scope. Canadian bookings add 5% GST. Larger or custom projects receive a quote.

Question 2

How long does a 3D tour take?

Accepted Answer

Standard packages typically arrive within 2–5 business days after capture or receipt of complete, suitable media. Capture time depends on the property. Larger projects receive a written schedule; delivery estimates are not guarantees.

Question 3

Do you travel outside Calgary?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Calgary, Airdrie, Cochrane, Okotoks and Chestermere are in our included travel zone. Elsewhere in Alberta and worldwide, on-site capture is scheduled and travel is quoted before work begins.

Question 4

Can you do virtual capture?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We can build from suitable client photos and continuous walkthrough video using our proprietary software and human review. We check coverage before accepting a virtual project; not every space or set of media is suitable.

Question 5

Who owns the files and how can I use them?

Accepted Answer

You receive a licence to use your delivered assets to market the property, including sharing your tour link and embedding it where supported. Trident retains its software, tooling and underlying technology. Tell us if you want to opt out of portfolio use; the Terms explain the full licence.

Question 6

How long are tours hosted?

Accepted Answer

Twelve months of hosting are included. An additional year is $149 CAD. We confirm the hosting end date with your delivery; after expiry the hosted tour may become unavailable unless renewed. Download your available files before hosting ends.
