After on-site capture is complete, or after we receive suitable and complete source media for a virtual build. Larger projects receive an agreed schedule.

Can you rush a project?

Rush 24-hour delivery is an add-on, subject to availability and scope. We confirm it before accepting the request.

Do viewers need an app?

No special app is needed. A current web browser on a phone, tablet or computer and a reliable internet connection are enough.

What if I have a question after delivery?

Contact our team with the tour link and the detail you want to discuss. We can help with sharing, embedding and the agreed delivery scope.

We visit the agreed spaces, or you send suitable photos and video. We review coverage and let you know if anything important is missing.

Our proprietary software supports the build, with real people reviewing source material, room connections and the final presentation.

Deliver

Receive your hosted link and website embed. Standard projects are typically ready in 2–5 business days after capture or suitable media is received.

Virtual builds

Good media makes a better tour.

Send only media you own or have permission to use. We check suitability before confirming the build.

Use clear, well-lit original photos rather than screenshots.
Cover every room from multiple angles, including doorways and connecting halls.
Record a slow, continuous walkthrough video that shows how rooms connect.
Include stairs and transitions between floors; tell us about any missing areas.
Keep the property consistent between photos and video where possible.
Remove faces, paperwork, access codes and other private information.
Send the property size and any floor plan you can lawfully share.

Tidy as you would for a showing. Open agreed interior doors, turn on lights and put away personal items, paperwork and valuables.

Arrange access

You do not need to be home if a trusted keyholder can provide agreed access. Confirm occupant permission, parking and any building entry rules.

Keep the visit simple

We capture the rooms in the agreed scope. Visit length varies by property size and complexity; we confirm expectations when scheduling.

Once it is ready

Share it wherever it fits.

Your tour opens in a modern browser. Send the link by email or supported social channels, and embed it on your website. Realtor.ca and MLS placement depends on listing feeds and board rules. Airbnb generally does not support embeds or external listing links; check its current policies.
